Getting Started

Who Forge is for, and how to take the first step.

Do I need to be an athlete to work with Forge?

No. Forge works with performance-minded men and women, and with anyone who wants to feel and function better. You don't need to be a competitive athlete or already be in shape to start. Care is built around your goals, whether that's more energy, better recovery, managing your weight, or staying healthy for the long run.

How do I get started with Forge?

Book a consultation through the Jane patient platform. Your first visit is a conversation about your goals, your symptoms, and your health history, so care can be matched to where you actually are. From there, the team builds a plan for the area you want to focus on first. If you'd rather ask a question before booking, call or use the contact form.

The Services

The five areas of care Forge offers now.

What does Forge offer?

Forge offers five services: testosterone replacement therapy, weight loss management, sexual wellness and performance optimization, IV therapy, and total body recovery and optimization. Every service is directed by a clinician and shaped around your goals rather than a one-size plan. Each has its own page explaining how it works and what to expect.

Which services are available right now?

All five are available now: testosterone replacement therapy for clinically low testosterone in men, weight loss management as a medically guided approach to losing weight and keeping it off, sexual wellness and performance optimization, IV therapy, and total body recovery and optimization. Each has its own page explaining how it works and what to expect.

Virtual Care

How remote care works across the Phoenix area.

Does Forge offer virtual appointments?

Yes. Forge serves the Phoenix area with virtual care during its initial rollout, so your consultations and follow-ups can happen from home. A few steps still need to happen in person: lab work, for example, may mean a short visit to a local lab so your provider has real numbers to work from. Appointments are booked through the Jane patient platform.

Do I have to be in the Phoenix area to work with Forge?

Forge is focused on the Phoenix area. Much of our care is available virtually, so your consultations and follow-ups can often happen from home, and any in-person visits are arranged locally in the Phoenix area.

Booking

The simplest ways to book, or ask a question first.

How do I book an appointment?

Use the Book an Appointment button anywhere on the site. It opens the Jane patient platform, where you choose a time and confirm your visit. If you have questions before you commit, call 480.613.7577, email info@myforgewellness.com, or send a message through the contact form, and someone will follow up.

How soon can I be seen after I book?

Most new patients can be scheduled within that very same week. Once established care is given, we can get you on a regimen that makes follow-up visits painless and easy.

What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that schedules change. We ask that patients provide at least 12-24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

What to Expect

What your first visit and follow-ups look like.

What happens after I book?

Your first visit is a consultation, not a sales pitch. You'll talk through your goals and health history so the team understands where you're starting from. If there's a fit, you'll get a plan built for you, then ongoing follow-up that tracks your progress and adjusts the plan over time. The pace is set by your results, not a fixed script.

Where do I go for lab work, and do you have preferred labs?

We'll provide you with the appropriate lab orders and instructions based on your treatment plan. Once your results are available, our team will review them as part of your evaluation and ongoing care.

How long before I start noticing results?

Everyone responds differently. The timing depends on your starting health, symptoms, treatment, lifestyle and individual response. Some patients may notice changes relatively early, while other benefits can take longer to develop. Our focus is on safe, sustainable progress rather than promising a specific timeline or guaranteed result.

How often will I have follow-up appointments?

Follow-up frequency is individualized based on your treatment and clinical needs. Early in treatment, we may follow you more closely to evaluate symptoms, laboratory results and response. Once your treatment is established, appointments may become less frequent while we continue appropriate monitoring.

How do prescription refills work?

Refills are coordinated through Forge based on your treatment plan. Because many therapies require ongoing clinical and laboratory monitoring, patients must remain current on required labs and follow-up appointments before certain prescriptions can be renewed. We recommend requesting refills before you are completely out of medication to allow adequate processing time.
